Meanwhile I lead a development team and as CTO it is my job to bring new ideas and techniques into the company. So we have chosen and adopted the most suitable SCRUM methods for our weekly sprints.

Why actually Rosenheim?

Because Rosenheim is a really cool location. Living and working in Rosenheim means not only Bavarian cosiness but also proximity to Munich and Salzburg and the Chiemgau Alps. Hiking, snowboarding, skiing, beer gardens, lake landscapes, summer holidays on Lake Garda or the Mediterranean are all possible in a very short time by train or car. Surfing or stand-up paddling at Lake Chiemsee or simply climbing, paragliding, ballooning - all this means for us: living where others spend their holidays.
